Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience.
The tenderer shall have specific experience in successful completion of similar nature electrical/electro-mechanical Work (Supply and Installation of Lift) of not less than Tk. 60 (Sixty) Lakh in a single agreement under any Government/Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies within the last 5 (five) years from date of publication of IFT.
2) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit (as per Form PG3-8) of Tender and Contract Forms must be submitted for this purpose of the successful Tenderer shall not be less than Tk. 65 (Sixty Five) Lakh
3) The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate , Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate and Up-to-date valid ABC Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
4) The Tenderer shall have IRC certificate for importing foreign equipment & materials.
5) The Tenderer must submit: Manufacturer Authorization, Technical Specification, Operation manual and Catalogue for proposed Lift.
6) In Case of proposed brand other than mentioned in PWD SOR 2022 the Bidder must submit Equivalent Cartificate from PWD EM P&D Zone, Dhaka. Otherwise bidder will be treated as Non-responsive.
7) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in TDS& PCC of this tender.
