* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 966666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2900000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Up-to-date valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate, Up-to-date Bank Solvency Certificate/Balance, Authorization Letter.
b) Tenderer must have at least one satisfactory completion of electrical goods supply experiance a minimum amount of Tk. 8,00,000/- (Eight lac) each in a single Contract over a period of 03 (three) years shall be required. in any Government / Semigovernment/ Autonomous Organization, i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
c) Tenderer must mention country of origin of his offered items.
d) Tenderer will have to submit declaration that the goods are new, unused and genuine in good condition and will fit properly without any modification.
e) Tenderer must submit a warrenty certificate of 06 Months.
f) The Completed Technical specification and compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3) as furnished in Section5: e-Tender Forms as statedunder ITT Clauses 10.1(d);
g) The completed Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods (Form e-PG2-2A) as furnished in Section 5: e-Tender Forms asstatedunder ITT Clauses 10.1(b)
