* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.

Eligibility criteria:
The invitation for tenders is only for all contractors who have the legal capacity to enter into such contract.
The tenderer must enclose the following documents with the Tender:-
i) Scanned copy of up to date Up to date Trade license, Income Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Liquid asset supported documents
ii) The competent authority reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.
iii) Bill will be paid after successful completion of works as per directions of tender schedule & contract.
iv) VAT & Income Tax will be imposed as per valid Govt. circular.
v) The final bill will be paid after having successful completion Certificate from the requiring body.
vi) Tenderer should have satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 5,00,000.00 (Five lakh) taka under 01(One) of contract(s) over a period of 05(five ) years shall be required from any govt./semi govt./autonomous bodies certificate.
vii) Tenderer should submit TheThe required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 20,00,000.00 (Twenty lakh) over the last 05(Five) years from any govt./semi govt./autonomous body.
Viii) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6,00,000.00 (Six lakh) from any Scheduled Bank in PW2a-3 form.
vi) Tender will be considered non-responsive if the total quoted amount by bidder is more or less than 10% (Ten) percent of the Engineering estimated cost.
vii) Any deviations of signature will be treated as disqualification of tenderer.
