Brief Description of Package: Renovation works for Treasurer Room including workstation at VC’s old Conference Room
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 60000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
A) Reputed Contractors/Supplying firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in Renovation, Construction & Interior works.
B) Specific Experience: (i) Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of Government organization or Public/ Autonomous University during last 3 (Three) years of Tk. 20.00 lac (Twenty lac) for the Package-APP-13/2024-25/TR in a single work-order and shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department/organization.
C) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over during last 03 (Three) years Tk 40.00 lac (Forty lac) for the Package- APP-13/2024-25/TR. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
D) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk 27.00 lac (Twenty seven lac) for the Package- APP-13/2024-25/TR only supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted up to 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender.
E) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
F) The tenderer must possess:
(i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate
(ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate
(iii) Up to date trade license
(iv) Bank Solvency Certificate.
(v) ISO certificate is mandatory.
G) The Contractor should have a good quality experience is compulsorily required to the minimum worked value TK. 50 (Fifty) lakh for the nature of work as specified in work description of any Public University of Bangladesh.
