Brief Description of Package: Supply of sanitary fittings to Sub-Division-3 of Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Public Works Division-2.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 03(Three) years of general experience in construction works.
(b) Only Renowned Companies are eligible for this tender for supplying goods and related service in KPI Area also Having experience in Similar nature of supply of good and related service in a single contract amounting Tk. 8.00 (Eight point zero) lac within last 05 (Five) years in Government / Semi- Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (Five) financial years of Tk. 10.00 (Ten point Zero) lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 8.00 (Eight point zero) Lac. In case of credit facilities, letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted as per form PG3A-8 of Tender and Contract Forms section.
e) Tender Capacity must be Tk 8.00 (Eight point zero) lac.
(f) The tenderer must posses:
i) TIN certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.Specification mentioned in or documents enclosed with the tender are the part and parcel of the tender
