1) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.
2) Work order will be issued after obtaining budget allocation & prior approval from the competent authority of BWDB.
3) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
4) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
