Eligibility criteria:
(a) Valid trade license.
(b) Vat resistration (BIN).
(c) Up-to-date Tax certificate(TIN).
(d) Bank solvency certificate (Minimum 10,00,000/-) liquid asset from an authorized person of any Schedule Bank [Certificate is required for 15 (Fifteen) days before the date of submission of the Tender].
(e) The minimum specific experience of calibration work of similar instruments of minimum [10,00,000] under maximum [03] contracts in the last [03] years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(f) The Calibration Service Provider should have a permanent Accredited Calibration Laboratory in Bangladesh.
(g) Master equipment for electrical measurement accuracy should be minimum +/- 3 ppm & measurement resolution (d=0.000 000 01) minimum 8 digits or higher.
(h) Master equipment for insulation resistance measurement range should be 01 Tera Ohm or higher.
(i) Item no-18 of SOR must be calibrated by a competent Institute (ZERA/ZERA Authorized).
(j) The Calibration Service Provider should have the accredited parameter, measurement capability & sourcing capability (Evaluation based on a published accreditation certificate by an international traceable accreditation body) described in the Tender preparation section.
