Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01(one) contract(s) of construction or renovation or repair works of petroleum product storage tank successfully completed in any government/semi-government/autonomous organisation within the last 10 (ten) years, with a value of at least Tk. 2 (Two) Crore only.; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 8 (Eight) Crore only over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2 (Two) Crore only.
5. The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 2.75 (Two point seven five) Crore only.
