* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) As per PPR 2008 (latest Revised)
2) Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund.
3) Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through CPTU along with valid and updated Trade License, VAT Registration and TIN certificate.
4) If any kind of obstacles/structures is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer will do this at his/her own arrangement and cost. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
5 If BWDB owned/acquired land is not sufficient to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer will do this at his/her own arrangement and cost.
6) Quantity and quality of work will be checked by BWDB's Task Force or any other competent authority.
