Eligibility criteria:
As per tender document i.e.
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 (three) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods** of at least 1(One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System, each with a value of at least BDT 5.00 (Five) Crore only for Lot-1 & BDT 5.00 (Five) Crore only for Lot-2.

In addition, performance of the completed contracts as mentioned in Annexure: 3-1 shall be taken into consideration during evaluation.
3. The minimum production capacity of similar type XLPE Power Cable must satisfy the assessment of Production Capacity as mentioned in Table- 3B of Annexure: 3-3. i.e 1/4th of tendered quantity.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer must satisfy the assessment of Financial Resources Availability as mentioned in Table- 4B of Annexure: 3-4 i.e. 100% of the quoted price Substantiated by Audit Reports or Bank Statement or Credit Line(s) Substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PG3-8), without alteration.
