Eligibility criteria:
1. Up-to-date trade license.
2. Up-to-date income tax certificate (TIN).
3. VAT registration certificate.
4. Photocopy of national ID.
5. The tenderer should have a bank solvency certificate issued by any scheduled bank.
8. The supplied LED light must provide a warranty certificate of satisfactory operation for a period of 12 months. 10% of the total value will be deducted for the 12 (twelve) month warranty period.
6. The Bidder must agree to approve the sample by the user department of GPFPLC before bulk supply.
7. Detailed technical specification with mention of brand name, country of origin, model number and manufacturer name.
