* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) The Tenderer shall have general experience in the supply of Goods as Supplier.
(b) The minimum specific experience of the Tenderer in supply of Similar Goods (Gas Analyzer/ Instrumentation & Control) shall be of at least 01 (One) Contract successfully completed within the Last 03 (Three) Years, with a value of at least Taka 40,00,000/- (Forty Lakh); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Taka 40,00,000/- (Forty Lakh), on or after the date of publication of Invitation for Tender (IFT) Notice.
(d) Manufacturer’s Authorization is required.
