Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer shall have the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the TDS & PCC.
a) The minimum general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related services shall be a minimum 3 (Three) years at Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization
b) The minimum specific experience of the tenderer in the supply of similar goods under at least 1 (One) contract with a value of at least Tk. 10 (Ten) lac at any Government/ Semi-Government/ autonomous body/ Private organazation successfully completed in a financial year within the last 5 (Five) years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 16 (Thirty) Lac.
d) Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.
e) Defected/damaged items will be returned immediately and penalties will be charged as per the tender document rules.
f) Supply and istribution of all the items should be done by the bidder at Khulna University
h) Khulna University authority reserves the right to disqualify any tenderer due to intentional rate quoting/front loading
