* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 800000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer should have the followings:-
This invitation for Tenderer is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.
1. Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade licences,Latest income Tax certificate,Valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate (NID), Authorization Letter.
2. Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to inter into the contract under the application Law.
3. Tenderer must have at least 1(one) similar / stationary goods supply experience otherwise Tenderer will be non-responsive.
4. Tenderes must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
5. Tenderers must submit a written commitment that they are committed to supply estimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants.
6. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of goods supply experiences.
7. Tenderers shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the procuring Entity as the procuring Entity will reasonably request.
8. The procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders.
