Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) A minimum general construction experience of 5 (Five) years.
2) Specific experience of Similar work in a single contract of minimum value of Tk.27.00 Lac (Twenty seven Lac) complete within last 10 years.
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 36.00 Lac (Thirty-six Lac) Only. In case of available credit from the Bank it shall clearly mention the name of the work and Tender Reference No. The liquid asset or credit facilities certificates from competent authority should be not more than 28 days back from the date of submission. If bank statement submitted as a proof of liquid asset than the minimum required amount shall have to be retained into the account until the completion of evaluation of the tender. Otherwise the tender will be non-responsive.
4) The supplyer must have an Asphalt Batching Plant within 60.00 Km range from the site of work.
5) If the total quoted price is less than 10 percent of the official cost, the tenderer must submit an analysis of the quoted rate of each individual item as Standard Formate of RHD Rate Schedule 2022.
