Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 05 ( Five ) years.
2.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods of at least one (01) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 1500000 ( Fifteen Lakh Taka only) .
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 20,00,000.00 (Tk. Twenty Lakh Only)
4. The supplier must be submitted the manufacturer's ISO 9001:2020 certificate and ISO 14001 certificate (without any exclusions) or the latest versions of these certificates.
5. Manufacturers CE certificate (EC Declaration of conformity and compliance with relative EC directive) need to submit where applicable.
6. The supplier is required to submit an authorization letter from the manufacturer or local agent.
7. The supplier must have a valid and up-to-date Import Registration Certificate (IRC). (If Applicable)
8. The supplier must be submitted MSDS/ TDS of supplied goods.
9. The supplier is required to submit a warranty certificate from the manufacturer or the local agent, ensuring a one (1) year warranty from the date the supplied goods are accepted.
