Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer must meet the following criteria and submit the required documents with the e-Tender:
1. Legal & Financial Requirements:
    - Up-to-date Trade License (or equivalent for foreign companies).
    - Income Tax Certificate (latest).
    - VAT Registration Certificate (for local agents) or GST/equivalent (for international bidders).
    - Bank Solvency Certificate or proof of Liquid Assets, Working Capital, or Credit Facility.
    - Tender Security Document as specified in the tender.
2. Manufacturer Authorization & Product Compliance:
    - Manufacturer’s Authorization/Declaration proving at least three (3) years of distributorship.
    - The manufacturer must confirm compliance with the tender specifications, stating:
       - Make, model, factory name, country of origin, shipment origin.
       - New, unused, and manufactured in the contract year.
       - No third-party authorization allowed.
       - Shipment schedule details.
       - Spare parts availability for at least 10 years.
3. Experience & Past Performance:
    - Minimum five (5) years’ experience in supplying Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM) Systems.
    - User list of FESEM systems supplied in Bangladesh.
    - Successful supply completion certificates for FESEM systems.
