Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 3 (three) years.
b) The minimum specific experience in construction with sand filling works of at least 1 (one) of successfully completed within the last [3 (three)] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [15 lakh].
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [25 lakh] over the last [3 (three)] years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk [25 lakh]
