Eligibility criteria:
• The Tenders shall have:
1. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Supply work having minimum value of Tk. 25.00 (Twenty five) Lac only successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years.
* Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
Tenderer shall own or have proven access to hire or lease of the Asphalt Batching Plant.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 40.00 (Forty) lac over the last 5 (Five) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lac only.
