* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) Years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The Tenderer has to submit NOA/Purchase Order/Work Order/Contract etc. as evidence of General Experience.
(b) The satisfactory completion of the supply of Similar Goods (Measuring Tools for Electrical System/Circuit Breaker/ Any Other Electrical Items or similar) under maximum Two Contracts with a cumulative contract value of minimum of Taka 40,00,000/-(Forty Lakh) within last 05 (Five) years which shall be supported by End user Certificate/Work completion Certificate/ Final acceptance certificate etc. from the purchaser in the Letter Head Pad of the Purchaser, duly sealed and signed, mentioning Contract Value and Date of Supply against specific experience; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. NOA/Purchase Order/Work Order/Contract etc. shall not be treated as evidence of specific experience.
(c) The minimum amount of Liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), of the Tenderer, net of other contractual commitments is Taka 40,00,000/-(Forty Lakh), on or after the date of publication of Invitation for Tender (IFT) Notice.
