Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1800000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5400000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1800000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer have to submit the following Documents otherwise will be disqualified:
1. Update Income Tax Return Certificate, Vat Certificate, Trade Licens and bank solvency certificate according to Tender Data Sheet.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 14,00,000.00 ( BDT Fourteen Lakh Ninety Thousands only) under single (01) contract over a period of five (03) years shall be required.
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 17,00,000.00 ( BDT seventeen lakhs only) over the last five (05) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10,00,000.00 ( BDT Ten Lakhs Only)
5.The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk 15,00,000.00 ( BDT Fifteen Lakhs Only)
6. End user certificate of similar work signed by PE
7. Others criteria according to TDS.
