Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 50000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(One) Similar Nature of Construction Works including Civil, Internal Sanitary and Internal Electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 120.00 (One Hundred and Twenty) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW2a-3 form without any alteration) Tk. 60.00 (Sixty ) Lac.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 130.00 (One Hundred and Thirty) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up- to-date Trade license and Up-to-date ABC Contractor and Supervisory License.
7. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW2a) of CPTU.
All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
