Eligibility criteria:
A. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
B. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01(one) contract(s) of similar nature,(Building Works) complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 10,50,000.00 ( Ten Lac Fifty Thousand)
C. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 21,00,000 ( Tenty One lac) over the last 05(five) years.
D. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4,20,000.00 ( Four lac Twenty Thousand )
E. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: tk=10,80,000/- (Eleven lac )
