* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1000000 ~ 3000000.
Eligibility criteria:
A) Reputed Contractors/Supplying firms who have a minimum of 3 (three) years of general experience in supplying goods
B) Specific Experience: (i) Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one)number of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of Government organization or Public/Autonomous University during last 3 (Three) years of Tk. 10.00 lac (Ten lac)
for Package- HAU/electric-2/24-25/11 in a single work-order.
C) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03(Three) years Tk 40.00 lac (forty lac) for Package- HAU/electric-2/24-25/11. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
D) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 lac (Ten lac)
for Package- HAU/electric-2/24-25/11 only supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted up to 30 (Thirty) days before the date of opening tender.
E) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
F) The tenderer must possess:
(i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate
(ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate
(iii) Up to date trade license
(iv) Bank Solvency Certificate.
(v) End user certificate is a must before payment of the bill.
G) JVCA is not allowed.
