4. The tenderer must submit ABC Electrical Contractor License.
5. The tenderer must submit Valid IRC certificate.
6. The tenderer must submit Valid BASIS mermbership certificate,
7. The tenderer must submit Valid ISO Certificate.
8. The tenderer must submit Supply/Production Capacity Certificate.
9. The tenderer must have submit a liquid assets/credit facilities certificate not be less than Tk.50.00 (Fifty) lac within 30 days from the date of receiving the tender.
10. The tenderer must submit a satisfactory completion certificate of Suppying similar nature goods and related services at least Tk.50.00 (Fifty) lac under 1(one) contract over a period of last 3(three) years at Government/semi Government/Autonomous organization.
11. The tenderer must submit General experience of Supplying goods and related services in any govt/Semi govt./ Autonomous organization.
12. The tenderer must submit Manufacturer’s authorisation letter from OEM.
13. Tender security & Performance security shall be pay order/Bank draft/Bank Guarantee infavour of ‘Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation’ only.
14. N:B. Others terms and Condition are specified in TDS & PCC.
