Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 20000000.

The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1. Contractor Enlisted in MES or in Other Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous Organization in Similar Capacity.
2. Updated VAT Registration (13- Digit BIN)
3. Updated Trade License (2024-25)
4. TIN Certificate
5. Update Income Tax Return Certificate (2024-25)
6. Bank Solvency/ Bank Statement
7. Work Completion Certificate
8. Enlisted in Joint Stock Companies if any.
9.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in theconstruction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.The minimum specific experience in construction works of Having Experience in successful completion of at least 02 (Two) or at least 01 (One) completedand 01 (One) ongoing similar work or construction work each value minimum BDT 1.50 Crore. in a single contract in Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous Bodies/NGO/ Banks/ Reputed Private Organization of Bangladesh during last 05(Five) years.
10.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.00 (One) Crore.
11.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3.00 (Three) Crore.in the last 03 years
NB: It is mandatory to attend on Pre Tender meeting which will be held on 04 May 2025 at 11 : 00 AM and before submission of tender site visit is compulsory
