Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2800000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8400000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2800000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Supplier having valid Trade License, TIN & 13 digit BIN from concermed authority or otherlegal document.
2. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
3.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 24,75,000 (Twenty Four Lac Seventy Five Thousand). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments,is Tk.27,40,000.00 (Twenty Seven Lakh Forty Thousand Taka only).
5. Manufacturer Authorization is required.
6. Other criteria for eligibility as specified in Tender document.
Note: The Goods supplied under this Contract shall be fully insured by the Supplier in a freely convertible currency against loss or damage incidental to manufacture or acquisition, transportation, storage, and delivery. The Goods remain at the risk and title of the Supplier until their final acceptance by the PE.
Note: Vat and AIT will be deducted at source during payment at the rate of latest circular of NBR. So tenderers are advised to quote considering the Vat and AIT accordingly.
