Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1833333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. 07(Seven) years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor.
2. A satisfactorily completion of similar works of at least TK. 14,00,000.00 (Fourteen Lakh) only under 02 (Two) number of contract(s) over a period of 05 (Five) years shall be required.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK. 21,00,000.00 (Twenty One Lakh) only over the last 05 (Five) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or workingt capital of the tenderer shall be: TK. 6,00,000.00 (Six Lakh) only.
5. The minimum capacity shall be: TK. 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh) only.
6. To understand the challenges/ constraints of the working/ construction place ( which is located in hilly sites), the tenderer must visit the site area.
7. Working experience of repair and renovation works against work order value of Tk. Minimum 16,00,000.00 (Sixteen lakh) as single lot of Open Tendering Mathod over a period of 03 years in any govt./semi govt./ autonomous organization shall be required.
8. Due to the security affairs of the restricted residential area, the bidder must attach the list and identity(NID Card) of the skilled labours/workers/engineer who will be engaged in working place/completed the work satisfactorily.
9. The bidder must certify for the necessary skilled the technical personel (engineer and others).
10. No sub-contractor will be allowed.
11. For low quality works or if the selected bidder fails to ensure quality regarding materials and fitting/fixing, performance security can be forfeited with the cancellation of the contract and will be black listed fof life long and the corporation will not be compelled to pay the bill.
