Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 years of General experience in the supply of related Goods and related services.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 25.0 Lac under maximum 5 contract in the last 3 of years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 25.0 Lac
4. Bank Solvency Certificate.
5. Up to date Valid Trade license.
6. In case of Limited company, certificate of Incorporation.
7. Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN number.
8. Valid VAT Registration / BIN certificate.
9. Manufacturer’s Authorization letter should be submitted.
10. License from the Department of Explosives, Bangladesh.
11. Updated import registration certificate.
12. Other Eligibility of Tenderer as per TDS.
