Eligibility criteria:
1. General Experience: The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years under any government, semi-government or government autonomous institution (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
2. Specific Experience: Satisfactory completion of one contract of "RCC Retaining Wall / Boundary Wall / Building Construction works" at least Tk 4,00,00,000.00 (Four Crore) only as a prime contractor over a period of last Five years shall be required under any government, semi-government or government autonomous institution (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be at least Tk 7,00,00,000.00 (Taka Seven Crore) over the last five years under any government, semi-government or government autonomous institution (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1,50,00,000.00 (One Crore Fifty Lac).
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 4,50,00,000.00 (Taka Four Crore Fifty Lac) only.
