b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract of Civil Construction work successfully completed within the last five (5) years, with a value of at least Tk. 9.00 (Nine) Crore from any Government, Semi Government or Autonomous organizations.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 13.00 (Thirteen) Crore over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years from any Government, Semi Government or Autonomous organizations.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.75 (One point Seven Five) Crore.
e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk 10.00 (Ten) Crore.
