Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 14000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 14000000.
Eligibility criteria:
A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 35 Lac under 01 contract over a period of 5 years shall be required. Years shall be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT. The above contract must have carrying, repair, Maintenance, Testing & Commissioning facility of 132/33 kV, 120 MVA or higher capacity power transformer.
Tenderer or manufacturer must have manufacturing & testing facility of 132 kV or higher voltage level power transformer.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 100.00 Lac over the last 03 years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 45.00 Lac.
The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 50 Lac.
The bidder shall have qaulified & experienced personnel required for completion of the work. Bidder shall submit details of their personnel.
The bidder shall have major construction equipments required for completion of the work. Bidder shall submit details of their equipments.
N.B: If the tenderer /Contractor fails to complete the work/supply after being awarded, the tenderer /Contractor shall be debarred from participating any tender invited by Power Grid Bangladesh PLC as main contractor/venture partner for next 03 (Three) years.
