Tender Security: 280000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 28000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer should have up-to-dated Trade license, Income Tax Certificate with TIN certificate and Return Slip with Assessment, VAT registration certificate and BIN Registration Certificate (13 Digit)
2. Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 (Three) years general experience and 3 (Three) years specific experience for supply of similar goods/equipment’s and related services with at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed, each with a value of at least Tk. 95,00,000 (Ninety-Five Lakh) in any Government/ Research Institute /University /Autonomous organization.
3. Update Import Registration Certificate (IRC) Shall be submitted.
4. Bank Solvency/ Liquid assets certificate or line of Credit BDT 95,00,000 (Ninety-Five Lakh).
5. Update Chamber of Commerce License
6. Vendor should submit last two (02) years Audit of the company.
7. Vendor should submit Minimum one (01) Agricultural product expert with national and international working experience and two (02) Engineers CV with education background and working experience.
8. Original pictorial Brochures or catalogues of the offered machinery/equipment’s
9. Manufacturer Authorization with detailed contact information, any third-party authorization will not be accepted.
10. The Equipment’s must have ISO & CE certifications and manufacturers ISO & CE certificate should submit with the tender.
11. Minimum 2- year warranty for the Scientific Equipment’s, warranty certificate from the original manufacturer must be submitted along with tender.
12. Name of after-sale services center with name, contact number, and address should be provided.
13. Training and installation of the Scientific Equipment’s need to be provided on site. All expenses need to be covered by the supplier.
