Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work as specific experience i.e any of kind construction of burried pipe line of value Tk 4.5 (four and half) lakhs under single contract are eligible for this tender.
The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk 5.00 (five) lakhs during the last 5 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 5.5(five and half) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued after publication date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms;
The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;

The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
