* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1866666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1866666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1.The tenderer must submit up to date trade license, VAT registration certificate, income
TAX clearance certificate.
2. NID, Affidavit, photo and sample signature of tenderer.
3. Bank solvency certificate (minimum 10 lakh taka should be available till the day before the tender).
4. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of of at least 1 (one) similar contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 15.00 (Twenty) lakh.
5. Samples of high quality domestic Soybean Oil (rich in vitamin A) should be submitted to the Assistant Director, Fire Service and Civil Defense, Dinajpur along with the EGP tender.
6. EGP tenders must be submitted in compliance with the principles of PPR-2008 and the terms and conditions of the tender.
7.The authority reserves the right to accept/reject any tender without assigning any reason. The tender offer will remain valid for 120 (one hundred and twenty) days.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
