Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer must comply with the following criteria:
1. Tenderer must have valid and up to dated i. Trade License, ii. BIN certificate and iii. TIN certificate with return slip.
2. The tenderer must have similar supply experience with min. one no. Thermovision Camera (as mention in BOQ item no. 4) supply completion certificate over the last 5 (five) years at any govt. utility or autonomus/semi govt. organization.
3. If tenderer is not a manufacturer, must be submit manufacturer or authentic dealer authorization on letter head pad for item no 1, 2 and 4.
4. The tenderer must submit Technical Specification according to the Detailed Technical Specification and Standards required stated in Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG3-4)
5. PDF copy (Colour) of the Manual of the proposed product must be submit with document.
6. One year replacement and two years after sale service warranty is required.
