* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1000000 ~ 3000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Reputed Contractors/Construction firms with a minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works have a satisfactory completion of a similar nature of work as specific experience with at least a minimum work order value of Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) Lakhs in a single contract completed over the last 05 (Five) years in any Government, semi-government or autonomous organization. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid assets) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 25.00 (Twenty-Five) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between the publication date and the submission date of the tender;
The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) lakhs during the last 5 years;
The Tenderer must submit an updated Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, and valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;

The work of the packages may be dropped, decreased, or increased as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation by the PE for which no claim shall be entertained.
Payment shall be made subject to the availability of funds. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
The tenderer can participate in all lots (all tenders of the construction division in financial year 2023-24) but one tenderer shall get a maximum 02 (Two) lots (if responsive and the lowest bidder in more than 02 (Two) lots)
