Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 50000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 16666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must have: minimum 3 (Three) years of General Experience of Supply of goods and related services.
2 The satisfactory completion of supply of different chemicals in any Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous organizations/Power Plants/Private organizations amounting not less than BDT 1,80,00000.00 (Taka One Crore Eighty Lakh Only) in the last 36 (Thirty-Six) Months under maximum 03 (Three) contracts.
3. The minimum supply capacity declaration/ documentary evidence of Different Cooling System Dosing Chemicals is: 200 Tons/Year.
4. Sample test before tender evaluation: Samples shall be submitted within 5 (Five) working days of tender opening and test results of supplied samples shall be considered as a technical specification (Form PG3A-5) as stated under ITT clause 27.2 for tender evaluation. The cost for sample testing should be paid by the supplier.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is: BDT 1,80,00000.00 (Taka One Crore Eighty Lakh Only).
