Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 (Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal. The Tenderer has to submit NOA/Purchase Order/Work Order/Contract etc. as evidence of general experience.
(b) The satisfactory completion of similar works (Any kind of Civil Maintenance/Construction Works) under a Single Contract with contract value of at least Taka 15,00,000/- (Fifteen Lakh) within last 03 (Three) years which shall be supported by End user Certificate/Work completion Certificate/Final acceptance certificate etc. from the purchaser in the Letter Head Pad of the Purchaser, duly sealed and signed, mentioning Contract Value and Date of completion against specific experience; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. NOA/Purchase Order/Work Order/Contract etc. shall not be treated as evidence of specific experience.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 15,00,000/-(Fifteen Lac) on or after the date of publication of IFT.
