8. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 3500000 (Thirty Five lac) under 01 of contract(s) over a period of 05 years(Nature Of works: Civil, Sanitary and Electrical work).
9.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 25000000 ( Two core fifty Lac) over the last [5] years.
10 The minimum capacity shall be Tk.4000000 ( Forty lac) Taka Only.
11. Others eligibility remain as per TDS.
Tender Special Condition : The contractor shall capture still images and videos both before commencing work and upon completion, which shall be attached to the final invoice.
