Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
Only Local Manufacturers, who have Industrial License of producing uPVC materials and have minimum 5(Five) years general experience in the supply of same goods and related services will be eligible for this tender.
i) Up-dated Income Tax & VAT Registration Certificate;
ii) Up-dated Trade license;
iii) Supply Experience Certificate of uPVC Pipe & fittings/Similar type of work for last 5(Five) years;
iv) Certificate of supply of uPVC Pipe & fittings/Similar type in a single contract for Tk. 113.00 (One hundred thirteen) Lakh in the last 5(Five)years;
v) Bank Certificate regarding liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities as specified in qualification criteria;
vi) Original users guide, Catalogue/ Brochure for each component;
vii) Service facility availability and location of service center;
viii) Manufacturers/suppliers warranty certificate and authorization certificate;
