Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer shall be actual manufacturer or authorized agent of foreign manufacturer. 
b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 5 years overall experience and 3 years specific experience for supply of similar goods and related services in any government/semi-government/autonomous organization.
c)  Foreign supply record of manufacturer shall have to attach along with tender document.
d) The Tenderer shall submit the sample (i.e. Motor, Pump, Starter, MCCB) before submission of Tender.
e) The manufacturer of the motor-pump should be ISO 9001: 2015 standard and the motor-pump should be CE certified.
f) The Tenderer should have updated Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate & TIN and VAT registration certificate
