* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 05 ( Five ) years.
2.The minimum specific experience as Supplier of similar Goods of at least two (2) contract successfully completed within the last 03 ( Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 650000 ( Six Lakh Fifty ThousandTaka only) of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. For the above experience/ work completion certificate, , the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 9,00,000.00 (Tk. nine Lakh Only)
4. The supplier is required to submit an authorization letter from the manufacturer or local distributor.
5. The supplier must submit manuals, catalogues, brochures, and other relevant documents that include drawings, dimensions, material quality test certificates, information about the manufacturer’s reputation, and detailed specifications.
6. The supplier is required to submit a warranty certificate from the manufacturer or the local agent, ensuring a one (1) year warranty from the date the supplied goods are accepted.
10. All other terms & conditions stated in Tender Documents (TDS and PCC).
