Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:

1. The tenderer should have Electrical supervisory ABC Lisence
2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 05 ( Five ) years.
3.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Electro-mechanical Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 03 ( Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 700000 ( Seven Lakh Taka only) of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. For the above experience/ work completion certificate, , the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 9,00,000.00 (Tk. Noine Lakh Only).
5. Manufacturer's Catalog with detailed Technical Specification for all the item. Contractor must be aware that this document which is mandatory. Failure to submit this document will automatically disqualify the contractor.
6. Declaraiton of warranty of the products from the manufacturer and tenderer.
7. Declaration of workshop (Drill m/c, Lathe m/c etc.)
8. List of skilled manpower of tenderer (Engineer, foreman,painter etc.).
9. List of equipment of tenderer.
10. Methodology of work & work plan.
11. All other terms & conditions stated in Tender Documents (TDS and PCC).
