Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
1. The Tenderer must submit experience certificate of installation of net bamboo under water.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e. fitting-fixing of net bamboo under water of at least Tk 300000 ( Taka three Lakh only ) under 01 ( one )of contract(s) over a period of 03 ( three ) years shall be required.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 300000 Lakh ( Three Lakh Taka only ).
4. The minimum capacity shall be: 400000 Tk ( Four Lakh Taka only).
5. List of skilled manpower of tenderer( Engineer, foreman etc.).
6. List of equipment ( Boat, self contained breathing apparatus etc. ).
7. Methodology of works and work plan.
