* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 50000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 16666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum 2(two) years of overall experience in the supply of goods & related items.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum 1(one) year of specific experience in the supply of similar goods and related services.
The minimum supply value of similar goods under a single contract in the last five years is Tk.140 Lac by the tenderer.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 160 Lac.
Sample of 03 Pieces & 4 metres base cloth must be submitted to the PE Office as per approved sample on or before the tender opening date and time.
The bidder shall submit a complete set of water Testing Field Kit (Including all items as per technical specification) sample at the Assistant Engineer (MI/Lab), BADC, Sylhet Lab Zone, Sylhet or Dhaka Lab Zone, Dhaka before submit the offer. Receipt copy of submitted sample signed by respective Assistant Engineer must be submitted with the offer.
The bidder shall have ISO certificate.
The Supplier should either be a manufacturer, producing not less than 12000 Pieces per year or would have to furnish a certificate from the manufacturer that his firm’s production is not less than 12000 Pieces per year. Certificate should shown in every case.
Note : Lab test fee has to be paid by the tenderer, Test fee must be submitted to the PE Office before the tender opening date and time, Otherwise the tender will be considered canceled.
