5. Experience related documents.
6. Turn-over related documents.
7. Authorization letter of signing and communating person.
8. NID of authorized person.
9. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 1,20,000/-(One Lakh Twenty Thousand) under 03 of contract(s) over a period of 05 years shall be required.
10. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1,20,000/-((One Lakh Twenty Thousand) over the last 05 years
11. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: 1,20,000/-(One Lakh Twenty Thousand) 
12. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the  Tenderer shall be Tk 1,20,000/-(One Lakh Twenty Thousand)
