* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Enlisted Contractor of BADC or from any other government agency, division, autonomous, semi-autonomous body or corporation who have
a) valid trade license with up to date renewal.
b) Valid TIN Certificate with up-to-date Income Tax Certificate.
c) VAT registration Certificate.
2. Minimum amount of liquid asset is Tk 17,00,000/- (Saventeen Lakh.) Regarding this purpose only Bank statement (from the date of publishing the tender in web site to the date of submission of tender by the tenderer) will be consider.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be Tk.20,00,000/-( Twinty Lakh.) over the last three (3) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4. A satisfactory completion of similar type repair works of at least Tk.15,00,000/- (fifteen Lakh)under single number of contract over a period of last 3(Three) years counting backward from the date of publishing the tender shall be required.
5. The tenderer must have general experience of Pump,Motor and Panel Repair work/Similar works of at least 5 years.
6. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS)
