Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 150000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 450000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 150000000 ~ 450000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Supplier in the supply of lift and related services as supplier shall be 5(five) years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the eGP.
2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of lift of at least 1 (one) No. contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1300.00 (Thirteen hundred) Lac. in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous organization/Private bodies of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP. (also as per TDS)
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i:e working capital or credit line(s) of the Supplier shall be Tk. 1500.00 (Fifteen hundred) lac. The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related supply of goods (Name of the Goods). Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of banks undertaking for line of credit (form PG3-8). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the eGP.
4. The supplier must possess/submit: i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate. ii) Up-to-date trade license. iii) Up-to-date VAT registration, iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB. (v) Manufacturer authorization letter(e-PG3-6).
