Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2833333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with it's e-Tender the following documents :
1. The Contractor who hove done the constriction of Buried pipe line with supply uPVC pipe is Eligible for the tender.
2. The minimum supply & constriction with 250 mm nominal diameter (or above) uPVC pipes and fittings under a single contract in the last 5 years is Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) lakh. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.
3.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 35.00 (Thirty Five) Lakh The Tenderer will have to submit a bank transaction sheet of his firm/company’s account showing balance of minimum Tk. 35.00 lakh for at least in a single day not before publication date of the Tender.
4. The Tenderer must aubmit Authorization of pipe manufacturer. The Tenderer must submit the copy of their up to date trade license, income tax and VAT registration certificate.
5. The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
6. Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender.
7. Up-dated Income Tax & VAT Registration Certificate ; Up-dated Trade License.
